THE OFFICE IS DIFFICULT TO FIND BECAUSE IT HAS A PENNSYLVANIA AVENUE STREET ADDRESS, BUT ACCESS TO THE OFFICE IN ON MARLBORO PIKE. PLEASE USE THESE DIRECTIONS

From the Northwest or Southwest via the Washington Beltway:

●         Take the Washington Beltway (I-95 South if coming from Baltimore, Central Maryland or Montgomery County OR I-95 North if coming from Alexandria, Virginia)

●          Take Exit 11A (Pennsylvania Avenue toward Upper Marlboro)

●          Go through two traffic lights on Pennsylvania Avenue (Don’t get confused. Do NOT turn onto Old Marlboro Pike at the first light.)

●          Just before the third traffic light, bear right onto Marlboro Pike and continue straight through this traffic light staying on Marlboro Pike (Do NOT turn right onto Dower House)

●          Our building is about 1 ½ miles down the road on the left. The street address is 9440 Pennsylvania Avenue (but your access to the building is on Marlboro Pike).

From Washington, DC via the Suitland Parkway

●          Take the Suitland Parkway until it ends at Md Route 4, Pennsylvania Avenue.

●          Turn right onto Pennsylvania Avenue.

●          Go through one traffic light on Pennsylvania Avenue

●          Just before the second traffic light, bear right onto Marlboro Pike and continue straight through this traffic light staying on Marlboro Pike (Do NOT turn right onto Dower House)

●          Our building is about 1 ½ miles down the road on the left. The street address is 9440 Pennsylvania Avenue (but your access to the building is on Marlboro Pike). The suite number is 350. The building also houses a Children’s Hospital Facility, so you will see their sign.

From the Northeast or Southeast via Maryland Route 3/301

●          If coming from the Northeast, take I-97 from Baltimore, onto Route 3 South exit (not business Route 3). Route 3 South will become Route 301 in Bowie at the Route 50 interchange. Stay on Route 3 as it becomes Route 301.

●          If coming from the Southeast, take Route 301 North.

●          (If you are familiar with the roads, you can turn left from 301 onto Osborne Road which ends at the intersection with Woodyard Road. Continue across Woodyard onto Old Marlboro Pike) Otherwise, From Route 301, take Route 4 (Pennsylvania Avenue exit toward Washington). Go about five miles and exit at Woodyard Road (Md. Route 223).At stop sign, turn left onto Md. Route 223.

●          At first traffic light, turn right onto Old Marlboro Pike. There is no sign, but Old Marlboro Pike will become Marlboro Pike just before you reach our building.

●          Our building is about 2 miles down the road on the right. The street address is 9440 Pennsylvania Avenue (but your access to the building is on Marlboro Pike).
